Nepal Cricketers to Train for World T20 Qualifiers in Dharamsala

The devastating earthquake in Nepal recently has left the country's cricket infrastructure in a limbo. With World T20 qualifier scheduled for July, the T20 probables will now reportedly train in Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association's stadium in Dharamsala.

Busted cricket betting racket may be worth 10k cr

AHMEDABAD: The international cricket betting racket busted by Ahmedabad zonal unit of Enforcement Directorate (ED) during the ICC Cricket World Cup in March this year is estimated to be of more than Rs 10,000 crore, revealed sources on Monday after more cases of betting were detected by the ED during the recently concluded IPL tournament.

We took defence officials' advice - ZC chief

Wilson Manase, the Zimbabwe Cricket chairman, has said the landmark decision to tour Pakistan was taken after he had spoken to the Zimbabwe's defence department and was told that it was all right to play in Pakistan. He was responding to the suggestion from several quarters that the decision to tour was taken despite advice to the contrary from the government's Sports and Recreation Committee (SRC).
