Media Accreditation Application for the Pakistan vs Australia series in UAE 2012
- Form along with letter of assignment from your editor, Passport Copy and Digital Photo are to be submitted to the following email address: mediaaccreditation@dxbsport.com
- Only after a copy of the applicants Visa is received will accreditation be granted.
- PCB Media Department reserves the right to accept or reject any accreditation application at its sole discretion.
- Applicants must send all documents as part of folder with their name as title.
- Please submit the completed form not later than 20th August 2012.
