Chairman PCB express solidarity with people of New Zealand
Lahore February 22, 2011: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board, Mr. Ijaz Butt, on behalf of PCB and the entire cricketing community of Pakistan, had expressed his deep sense of grief over the loss of lives in the earth quake that hit Christchurch today.
In the message written to Mr. Christopher Moller, Chairman New Zealand Cricket he said,
“I am saddened to learn of the devastating earthquake that hit New Zealand. I am also aggrieved to learn of the loss of life and property caused by this earthquake…I sincerely feel for the people of New Zealand and our prayers and good wishes are with them.”
