Pakistan Cricket Board wants to rebut a news item that has appeared in a section of media
Lahore April 23, 2012: Pakistan Cricket Board wants to rebut a news item that has appeared in a section of media today stating 'PCB has categorically denied that it was planning to invite any international cricket team to Pakistan'.
PCB clarifies that Chief Operating Officer has been grossly misquoted in the mentioned news item and thus the story and its inferences are totally out of context. At no point of time COO has said the words that have been attributed to him. Return of international cricket is on top of its priority list and PCB will leave no stone unturned to convince the international community that Pakistan is a safe place to play cricket.
