This role is responsible for administration, management and maintenance of cricket grounds, pitches, and facilities to ensure optimal playing conditions in coordination with Chief Curator and ground staff. This role requires a strong understanding of turf management, grounds maintenance, and event logistics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee pitch preparation, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure high-quality playing surfaces.
• Manage grounds staff, equipment, and resources to maintain facilities.
• Coordinate with event staff, teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Ensure turf and stadium areas are safe and secure for players, staff, and spectators.
• Collaborate with Curators, ground staff, and Domestic /International Cricket Operations Department and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Should be fluent in Urdu and English, with strong computer skills.

This role is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all activities related to the preparation and maintenance of cricket pitches, outfields, and equipment at stadiums and grounds all over the country. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing and preparing Domestic Pitch Policy along with PCB Pitch Preparation Guidelines for Test, ODI, and T20 formats
• Manage budgeting and scheduling for new pitch construction, renovation and up-gradation, outfield care, and equipment procurement.
• Overseeing pitch preparation for international and domestic matches in accordance with management directives
• Monitor the performance and progress of PCB ground staff across various regions
• Coordinates with International Cricket Operations, Domestic Cricket Operations, Women Wing, High Performance Centers , Academies, and team management to ensure proper pitch preparation during matches and training camps . 
• Providing technical guidance, conducting inspections, and delivering solutions for pitch development and maintenance.
• Analyzing pitch reports and addressing identified issues or areas for improvement
• Coordinating with academies, international and domestic cricket bodies for the organization of Pakistan team camps
• Managing all arrangements for camps involving the National Team, Pakistan A, Under-19, Talent Hunt, and other squads.
