Lahore December 26, 2014: Due to prevailing weather conditions, PCB has been constrained to move the five-team Pentangular Cup one-day championship from Multan to Karachi’s National Stadium.
The main and presenting sponsors of the event are Haier and Cool & Cool respectively.
“Owing to unusually foggy conditions at Multan, after consultation with the Karachi administration and the latter’s reassurance of total support in matters of security and other issues, the event has been shifted from Multan to Karachi.
“Despite this unexpected development, the scheduled dates (Dec. 31, 2014-Jan. 10, 2015) remain unchanged”, said the PCB spokesman.
The five participating teams for the event are: (Punjab Badshahs, Balochistan Warriors, Sindh Knights, Federal United andKhyber Pakhtunkhwa Fighters).
The top two teams emerging from the single league would qualify for the Final.
