- Founder of one of the best club in Pakistan i.e. P&T Gymkhana which has produced dozens of Test and ODI players besides over 300 first class cricketers. This club also produced five ICC Elite Panel Umpires Athar Zaidi, Aleem Dar, Asad Rauf, Nazir Jr. Ashan Raza and Several first class Umpires, Referees and scorers.
- Captained P&T Gymkhana for 30 consecutive years from 1964 in all the tournaments in Pakistan
- P&T Gymkhana is the only private club in Pakistan which toured four times to UK, Holland, UAE, Kenya and Zimbabwe.
- Played with many Test and one day stars like Javed Miandad, Younis Ahmed, Abdul Qadir Ashrif Ali, Saeed Anwar, Aamir Nazir, Waqar Younis, Manzoor Elahi, Zahoor Elahi, Saleem Elahi, Ali Zia, Imran Nazir, Abdul Razzaq, Nazir Jr., Shahid Saeed, Saadat Ali, Aleem Dar, Asad Rauf ect. And lead their teams several times.

- A book has also been written on him in recognition of his services for cricket from Karachi
- In recognition to the services rendered by him in the field of Cricket, a Tribute Match was played in 2008 in Sialkot. All legendary cricketers of Pakistan were part of this Match, 25000 spectators were present.
- He worked in Pakistan Cricket Board as “Coordinator Club Cricket PCB” from 2013 to 2017.
