Mustafa Kamal has announced his resignation as ICC president on the grounds that he cannot work with people who are "polluting the game".

The relationship between Kamal and the ICC became frayed when he criticised the umpires for a no-ball call during the World Cup quarter-final between India and Bangladesh last month.

London, Apr 01: In a bid to revive dwindling interest in Test cricket, England and Wales Cricket Board ( ECB) incoming chairman Colin Graves has proposed the idea of four-day Test matches.

Grave, who will assume charge as the chairman on 15 May, said that they should look at four-day Test cricket and play 105 overs a day starting at 10.30 in the morning.

MELBOURNE: Pakistan-born refugee Fawad Ahmed was named to Australia's test squad Tuesday for tours of the West Indies and England later this year after an impressive domestic first-class season.

Legspinner Ahmed, 33, who took 48 wickets at an average of 24.79 for Victoria state in the Sheffield Shield this season, joins Nathan Lyon as Australia's spin bowling options.
