DHAKA–Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh, H.E. Shuja Alam hosted a lavish dinner in honour of the visiting Pakistan team here at a five-star hotel.
Besides the Pakistan team, a large number of Pakistanis here as well as Bengali notables and the High Commission's staff attended the function.
Pakistani players were for the most part surrounded by their ardent fans, most of them taking the opportunity to take a photograph with them.
Along with the visiting Pakistani media, a large number of Bengali print and electronic media was also present. On their repeated requests captain Shahid Afridi and pace bowler Mohammad Amir briefly spoke to them, answering their questions.
