Faisalabad, 3 December 2025: Invincibles and Challengers signed off the group stage of the National Women’s One-Day Tournament with comprehensive wins in Faisalabad on Wednesday. Stars will take on Conquerors in the final of the tournament, scheduled at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on Saturday, 6 December.
After opting to bat first, Invincibles posted a competitive 247 all out in 48.2 overs at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad. Hafsa Khalid coming to bat at number three scored a commanding 85 off 98 balls, hitting 12 fours.
Muneeba Ali (44, 45b, 7x4s) and Natalia Parvaiz (43, 48b, 5x4s) also contributed significantly. Amber Kainat, Ayesha Bilal and Umm-e-Hani shared six wickets for Conquerors. In turn, Sidra Nawaz’s 51 was in vain as Conquerors were dismissed for 181 in 41.3 overs.
Conquerors struggled against disciplined bowling from Invincibles, with Hafsa, Laiba Mansoor, Momina Riasat, Neelam Mushtaq and Tasmia Rubab bagging two wickets each.
At the HPC Ground, Challengers secured a comprehensive 79-run win over Strikers in the last group match of the tournament. After posting a commanding 264 for seven, built on solid contributions across the top and middle order. Sadaf Shamas (45, 38b, 7x4s, 2x6s) and Ayesha Zafar (39, 41b, 7x4s) provided a fluent 55-run start before Yusra Amir’s patient 56 off 82 balls and Eyman Fatima’s 24 kept the innings steady.
Rameen Shamim played a pivotal role, striking an unbeaten run-a-ball 71, which included nine fours to lift her side to a strong total.
In reply, Strikers were dismissed for 185 in 49.4 overs. Despite Aliya Riaz’s fighting 56 off 81 balls, which included six fours, regular wickets halted their chase. Quratulain and Sana Talib grabbed two wickets apiece for the winning team.
