Faisalabad, 25 November 2025: The sixth round of the National Women’s One-Day Tournament saw table toppers Conquerors bag their fourth victory in five games, while Invincibles bagged their second win in as many fixtures as the action unfolded across HPC Ground and Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on Tuesday.
The seventh round of the tournament will take place on Thursday, 27 November with Invincibles taking on Strikers and Stars playing Challengers at the same venues.
Invincibles’ Momina Riasat picked up her second five-wicket haul in the tournament as her team bagged their second win of the tournament after they beat Challengers by 16 runs at the Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad.
Chasing 189 to win, Challengers lost Ayesha Zafar early as Sadaf Shamas (36, 31b, 7x4s) and Fatima Shahid (17, 30b, 1x4) put on a 54-run second-wicket stand before player of the match Momina removed both.
No.5 Eyman Fatima scored 30 off 28 balls hitting four fours and in tandem with Huraina Sajjad (25, 48b, 1x4) put Challengers’ innings back on track with a 50-run fourth-wicket stand before Momina returned to strike again eking both set batters.
From 121-3, Challengers folded for 172 all out, losing 51-7 with skipper Rameen Shamim (18 not out, 33b, 1x4) left stranded as Momina returned figures of 10-2-23-5. Laiba Mansoor and Tuba Hassan dismissed two batters each.
Earlier, Invincibles were asked to bat first and only three of their batters Natalia Parvaiz (62, 94b, 5x4s), Muneeba Ali (53, 58b, 5x4s, 1x6) and Tuba Hassan (35, 49b, 2x4s) entered double figures. With Challengers’ leg-spinner Quratulain taking 4-35 in her 8.1 overs, Invincibles stumbled from 168-4 to 188 in 45.1 overs.
Rameen and Sana Talib picked up two wickets each.
In the second match of the round, Conquerors managed a close two-wicket win as they overhauled the 149-run target set by Stars in 38.2 overs at the HPC Ground, Faisalabad.
In pursuit of the target, Conquerors were left reeling at 51-4 before no.6 and joint-player of the match Iram Javed (57, 62b, 6x4s, 1x6) came in and formed a 61-run stand with Sidra Nawaz (27, 69b, 1x4). Stars bowlers struck thrice with Conquerors requiring four to win before Ayesha Bilal hit the winning boundary.
Earlier, Stars opted to bat first and slipped to 21-3 before Omaima Sohail and Syeda Aroob Shah (19, 40b, 2x4s) put on 51 runs. Opening batter and skipper Omaima was left unbeaten on 94 off 130 balls hitting 12 fours as Stars slumped from 71-3 to 148 all out in 42 overs with none of the other nine batters entering double figures.
Conquerors’ Lubna Behram picked up 4-25, while Ayesha returned figures of 2-33.
