PTV’s Israr Hussain fined for code of conduct violation

Lahore, 31 December 2025: Pakistan Television’s bowler Israr Hussain has been fined 25% of his match fee for a level one breach of Article 2.6 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against State Bank of Pakistan from 28-31 December.

Article 2.6 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “using gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting during a match.”

After bowling the delivery, Israr Hussain went towards the batter Rameez Aziz and said some harsh words.

On-field umpires Saqib Khan and Aley Haider levelled the charge, with match referee Athar Laiq imposing the sanction.

OGDCL’s Abdul Rehman Muzammil fined for code of conduct violation

Lahore, 31 December 2025: Oil and Gas Development Company’s Abdul Rehman Muzammil has been fined 30% of his match fee for a level one breach of Article 2.8 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against Ghani Glass from 28-31 December.

Article 2.8 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “showing dissent at an umpire’s decision during a match.”

Abdul Rehman Muzammil, after being given caught behind, showed disappointment and stood at the crease for long, showed obvious actions by raising his arms and caused obvious delay in leaving the wicket.

On-field umpires Khalid Mahmood Sr. and Muhammad Sajid levelled the charge, with match referee Aleem Moosa imposing the sanction.

Sahir Associates fined for slow over rate in President’s Trophy Grade-I 2025-26

Lahore, 31 December 2025: Sahir Associates have also been found guilty of a minimum over-rate offence under Article 2.22 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel in their match against Sui Norther Gas Pipelines Limited from 28-31 December, after being ruled eight overs short.

Each playing member has been fined 10% of the applicable match fee.

The charge was levelled by on-field umpires Zulfiqar Jan and Muhammad Imran, with Iqbal Sheikh serving as match referee.

Lahore, 31 December 2025: State Bank of Pakistan’s Rameez Aziz has been fined 25% of his match fee for a level one breach of Article 2.6 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against Pakistan Television from 28-31 December.

Article 2.6 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “using gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting during a match.”

After the delivery, bowler Israr Hussain went towards the batter Rameez Aziz and said some harsh words. In reply, Ramiz used insulting words in an aggressive manner.

On-field umpires Saqib Khan and Aley Haider levelled the charge, with match referee Athar Laiq imposing the sanction.

Ghani Glass fined for slow over rate in President’s Trophy Grade-I 2025-26

Lahore, 6 January 2026: Ghani Glass have been found guilty of a minimum over-rate offence under Article 2.22 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel in their match against State Bank of Pakistan from 3-6 January, after being ruled three overs short.

Each playing member has been fined five percent of the applicable match fee.

The charge was levelled by on-field umpires Khalid Mahmood and Aley Haider, with Athar Laiq serving as match referee.

KRL’s Arshad Iqbal fined for code of conduct violation

Lahore, 6 January 2026: Khan Research Laboratories’ pacer Arshad Iqbal has been fined 25% of his match fee for a level one breach of Article 2.5 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against Sahir Associates from 03-06 January.

Article 2.5 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “using language, actions or gestures which disparage or which could provoke an aggressive reaction from a batter upon his/her dismissal during a match.”

After dismissing Sahir Associates’ batter Fahad Usman, Arshad made an inappropriate sendoff gesture towards the batter.

On-field umpires Muhammad Sajid and Muhammad Imran levelled the charge, with match referee Iqbal Sheikh imposing the sanction.

PTV’s Taimur Khan fined for code of conduct violation

Lahore, 10 January 2026: Pakistan Television’s batter Taimur Khan has been fined 25% of his match fee for a level one breach of Article 2.8 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against Ghani Glass from 09-12 January.

Article 2.8 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “showing dissent at an umpire’s decision during a match.”

After his dismissal, Taimur showed the bat and stayed on the pitch.

On-field umpires Imtiaz Iqbal and Muhammad Basit levelled the charge, with match referee Iftikhar Ahmed imposing the sanction.

Lahore, 12 January 2026: Oil and Gas Development Company Limited’s wicketkeeper-batter Rohail Nazir has been fined 25% of his match fee for a level one breach of Article 2.2 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against Khan Research Laboratories from 09-12 January.

Article 2.2 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “abuse of cricket equipment for  clothing, ground equipment or fixtures and fittings during a match.”

After being out bowled, Rohail intentionally hit the ball back aggressively into the stumps.

On-field umpires Muhammad Sajid and Kashif Sohail levelled the charge, with match referee Kamran Chaudhry imposing the sanction.

The charge was levelled by on-field umpires Tariq Rasheed and Hassan Mahmood, with Iqbal Sheikh serving as match referee.

WAPDA’s Nabi Gul reprimanded for code of conduct violation

Lahore, 12 January 2026: Water and Power Development Authority’s batter Nabi Gul has been reprimanded for a level one breach of Article 2.4 during his side’s President’s Trophy Grade-I match against Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited from 09-12 January.

Article 2.4 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel relates to “disobeying an umpire’s instruction during a match.”

Nabi, the substitute entered the field to play during the match without umpires’ permission and continued to do so despite being stopped by the on-field umpires.

On-field umpires Rashir Riaz and Qaiser Waheed levelled the charge, with match referee Nadeem Arshad imposing the sanction.
