Azhar Ali reviews Test series in virtual media conference

Southampton, 25 August 2020: England and Pakistan received 13 points each as the third ICC World Test Championship fixture at the Ageas Bowl Southampton ended in a draw on Tuesday.

On a rain curtailed day, Pakistan resumed their second innings at the overnight score of 100 for two after being asked to follow-on.  Azhar Ali was dismissed for 31 runs; he became the 600th Test victim of James Anderson.

The match was called-off with Pakistan placed at 187 for four in 83.1 overs; Babar Azam was undefeated on 63 off 92 balls with the help of eight fours. 

England won the three-match Test series 1-0; the hosts won the first Test at Old Trafford Manchester by a three wicket margin.
