9 September 2021 - Pishin, Quetta players and official fined for code of conduct breaches

Quetta’s head coach Arun Lal was reprimanded for breaching Clause 2.20 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel during his side’s U19 City Cricket Association Tournament 2021-22 match against Pishin at the Shola Cricket Ground in Quetta on Thursday.

In the same match, Pishin’s Farmanullah was reprimanded for breaching the same clause of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel which reads as: “Conduct that is Contrary to the spirit of the game.”

Quetta’s Yasir Khan was fined 70 per cent match fee for violating Clause 2.13 of the PCB Code of Conduct. 

The Clause 2.13 of the PCB’s Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel reads: “Personal abuse of a player, player support personal, Umpires or Match Referee during a match.”

The official and players pleaded guilty to the charges imposed by on-field umpires Aslam Breach and Ghulam Sarwar.
