26 July 2021 - Shafqatullah fined for showing dissent

Faisalabad’s Shafqatullah was fined 20 per cent of his match-fee for breaching the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel during his side’s City Cricket Association Tournament 2021-22 match against Mianwali at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on Sunday.

Shafqatullah had violated Clause 2.2 of the PCB Code of Conduct (Level 1), which reads as: “Abuse of cricket equipment or clothing, ground, equipment or fixtures and fittings during a match.”

Shafqatullah pleaded guilty to the charge and accepted the sanction proposed by on-field umpires Rana Arshad and Farooq Bajwa.

31 July 2021 - Arslan Bajwa reprimanded for showing dissent

Arslan Bajwa representing West Zone Blues was reprimanded for breaching the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel during his side’s City Cricket Association Tournament 2021-22 match against Gujrat at the VIP Cricket Ground in Sialkot on Saturday.

Arslan had violated Clause 2.2 of the PCB Code of Conduct (Level 1), which reads as: “Abuse of cricket equipment or clothing, ground, equipment or fixtures and fittings during a match.”

Arslan was reprimanded by on-field umpires Asif Farooq Awan and Haroon Malik.

15 August 2021 - Sheikhupura, Faisalabad players fined for code of conduct breaches

Sheikhupura’s Ali Zubair Bhatti’s match fee was docked by 20 per cent and his teammate Mohammad Umer was fined PKR2,000 for breaching Clause 2.6 of the  PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel during their side’s City Cricket Association Tournament 2021-22 match against Faisalabad at the Rana Naveed Academy, Sheikhupura on Sunday.

In the same match, Faisalabad’s Muddasar Riaz was also fined 20 per cent match fee for violating Clause 2.6 of the PCB Code of Conduct. 

The Clause 2.6 of the PCB’s Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel reads: “Using a gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting during a Match.”

All three were level 1 offences.

The players pleaded guilty to the charges imposed by on-field umpires Hassan Mahmood and Raza Asghar.
